Rules for Spectators
- Q. Can I throw gifts onto the ice after each skater's performance?

A.
Throwing gifts or bouquets is permitted only from Premium seats on competition days. Please note that moving to other seats or aisles may inconvenience other guests; kindly throw items from your assigned seat.
<Regarding Throwing Bouquets and Gifts>
- Throwing bouquets, stuffed animals, and other gifts is permitted only after each skater's performance has ended.
- When throwing bouquets, please ensure they are securely wrapped so that no "petals" or "oasis" (foam base) fall onto the ice.
- Those bringing bouquets must have their wrapping checked at the venue's florist.
- Throwing stuffed animals with decorations that could scatter onto the ice is prohibited.
- Throwing breakable items, dangerous objects, perishable food/drinks, or oversized gifts is prohibited.
- Throwing items from the front aisles is prohibited. Please throw from your assigned seat.
- When throwing items, please be considerate of other guests. We cannot be held responsible for disputes between guests.
- Throwing items that interfere with the competition or obstruct safe viewing is prohibited. Violations or dangerous behavior may result in the prohibition of throwing bouquets or gifts.
- Q. Is eating and drinking allowed inside the venue?

Eating and drinking are permitted. During competitions, please be considerate of other guests when consuming food or beverages.
- Q. Can I bring food into the venue?

Bringing in food purchased outside the venue is prohibited.
Bringing in cans or bottles is also prohibited. - Q. Can I bring a camera?

Guests are not permitted to bring cameras.
- Q. Can I take photos inside the venue?

A.
Photography (using mobile phones/smartphones only) is permitted inside the venue during opening hours and intermission periods.
* Photography capturing practice sessions, performances, or other scenes where skaters appear is prohibited.
* Posted videos and still images may only be used for non-commercial purposes, such as on your personal social media accounts.
* The organizer cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from posts on social media or similar platforms.
<Prohibited Actions>
- Photography using cameras, telephoto lenses, or other photography accessories (such as selfie sticks)
- Bringing in or using equipment that may disturb other spectators
- Flash photography
- Live streaming
- Q. Are there any precautions during the performance?

Please refrain from moving around during the skaters' performances, as it may obstruct other spectators' view, except in emergencies. Please be mindful that leaning forward may obstruct the view of spectators seated behind you.
Venue Facilities and Equipment
- Q. Is there parking or bicycle parking available?

There is no parking at the venue. Please use public transportation.
- Q. Are there food and beverage outlets inside the venue?

A.
There are numerous food and beverage outlets inside the venue. For details, please visit the IG Arena website.

- Q. Is there a discount for persons with disabilities?

- Q. Are official practice session tickets available for purchase?

Official practice session tickets are not available for purchase.
- Q. Can I enter using a wheelchair?

If you use a wheelchair, you will need a "Wheelchair Access Ticket." ※Please contact the Kyodo Factory Ticket Center.
- Q. Is there parking available for wheelchair seat ticket holders?

A.
Details regarding parking for wheelchair users will be provided only to those who have purchased wheelchair seats.
- Q. If I lose my ticket, can it be reissued? Can I still enter?

Tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances. You will not be permitted entry.
- Q. If I forget to bring the smartphone where my e-ticket is stored, can I still enter?

A.
You will not be permitted entry.
- Q. Can I re-enter the venue?

A.
Yes, you may enter and exit the venue during the event.
- Q. Will tickets be sold at the venue on the day of the event?

A.
This has not been decided yet.
Tickets can be purchased through Ticket Pia, Lawson, eplus, and Kyodo Factory until 23:59 the day before the event date (subject to availability).Please check the ‘Tickets’ page.
Other
- Q. I want to give a gift to skaters.

A.
Boxes are provided at the venue for delivering gifts to the skaters.
- Place the gift inside the box and write the recipient's name and country on the outside of the wrapping paper or paper bag.

We only accept gifts for skaters participating in this competition.
Reception hours are as follows:Thursday, December 4th from Doors open to 21:10
Friday, December 5th from Doors open to 21:00
Saturday, December 6th from Doors open to 21:10
Sunday, December 7th from Doors open to 15:30
*The following items cannot be placed in the box:
- Food and beverages
- Perishable items *Fresh flowers only
- Excessively large items
- Cash
